What the day will look like
Some of your key responsibilities will involve:
In conjunction with Team and Product Leaders and other stakeholders, support the development and execution of a business plan for Carbon Capture Usage and Storage (CCUS) and Hydrogen:
External
- Accessible library of client facing product and marketing material
- Annual rolling plan for seminar and conference attendance and representation
- Market engagement, Tracking and cascading market “ESG” strategies
- Identification and engagement with existing and emerging markets who can support new coverage concepts
- Marketing campaign – responsibility and management of, website content, thought leadership papers, LinkedIn - articles , “flash news” and colleague cascade and sharing
Internal
- Targeted strategy for Carbon Capture Usage and Storage (CCUS) (T&SCo and Emitters) and Hydrogen
- Imbedding ET into Regional Sales process and being able to network conversations
- Training and upskilling of colleague capabilities to interact with clients and colleagues
- Develop prospect pipeline NR pipeline management of live opportunities
- Identify and prioritise and lead ET product development
- Represent ANR London as an internal and external expert on Carbon Capture and Hydrogen
- Lead and support high value client interactions
- Lead and support key market interactions
- Lead and support product development and articulation
- Liaise with other Aon stakeholders

You will be working as part of global broking centre with the opportunity to work with global clients whilst helping to continue to drive Aon’s success.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Demonstrate previous experience or knowledge in advising and consulting with Clients in all aspects of Carbon Capture and Hydrogen.
- Previous experience working in a diverse team
- Demonstrate Project management skills, working to deadlines and delivering results
- Ability to support the development and implementation of an effective Business Plan in association with Product leader, demonstrate stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the Insurance Industry.
